At Western Window Systems, we’re committed to making our service department as convenient and responsive as possible.

That’s why we’ve made the following enhancements to better serve our partners:

  • Zack Molitor, our new service coordinator, will be the department’s single point of contact, streamlining communication and expediting workflow.
  • Service requests will be responded to within 24 hours.
  • Rework orders will be entered within 48 hours of receiving, provided all necessary information is furnished.

Service department updates are effective immediately. To ensure service requests are taken care of as quickly as possible, dealers should fill out service request forms completely and include additional information such as photos and notes on the order.
