Antonio Sosa

Quality control inspector Antonio Sosa possesses the power of positive thinking. “He has an attitude that is contagious and makes you want to have that same ‘Get it done’ attitude,” says his supervisor, quality control manager Melchor Ordaz.

Curiosity bridges Antonio’s dedication to excellence and his ability to innovate. “Antonio is that type of employee that will always ask ‘why,’” Ordaz says. “He wants to know the why and will dig or always looks to see how or if we can improve how we process, fabricate, or build.”

Ordaz gives an example of Antonio’s ability to combine the company’s core values of excellence, innovation, and partnership: “Antonio was instrumental in identifying and working with the manufacturing engineering team on how to improve the panel line and assisted with ideas for the new tables we are utilizing on our 600 panel line today.”

Antonio’s partnership accolades from Ordaz include assisting night shift and gathering “information and input from employees on current setups and processes and helps on defining setups to maximize throughput through those lines.”

Congratulations to Antonio Sosa, Western Window Systems’ office employee of the month for March.
