Leanne Harter

It’s easy to take the monthly company lunch for granted, but there’s actually a lot of behind-the-scenes work that goes into each one. And for that, we have HR programs and retention employee Leanne Harter to thank.

As vice president of human resources Rob Robichaud puts it, Leanne’s ability to move and adjust keeps events such as the company lunch something to look forward to.

“Every company lunch offers employees a moment to celebrate with one another,” Robichaud says. “Many items behind the scenes are never seen or known, but they are what makes the difference between an average lunch and an awesome, memorable experience.”

One of the reasons company events turn out to be so fun is Leanne’s ability to view from an often-unique perspective what the celebrations should be.

“Leanne is a risk taker,” Robichaud says. “She steps beyond most people’s ideas of normal and finds a way to be creative. She really thinks outside the box when it comes to celebrating our employees.”

Leanne, who has been with Western Window Systems since June 2015, also excels at partnering with vendors and providers to make the company’s parties go off without a hitch.

“She is one of a kind and works beyond the limits to provide the best company experience for all,” Robichaud says. “She has raised the bar in all areas of company experience.”

Congratulations to Leanne Harter, Western Window Systems’ office employee of the month for September.
