[Phoenix] – August 2, 2017 – Western Window Systems has announced two new warranties applicable to all door system and window purchases made after July 31, 2017. The company’s strongest warranty plans to date, the new policies include a limited lifetime warranty on insulated glass and a ten-year limited warranty on workmanship and materials.
“These warranties give our customers reassurance and confidence in both the reliability of our products as well as their investment,” says Scott Gates, president and CEO of Western Window Systems. “We’re excited to offer this level of coverage.”
The two new warranties apply to both Western Window Systems’ custom and Volume Program channels.
Western Window Systems also named two promotions within its senior management team. Laura Hahnefeld, formerly marketing director, has been promoted to vice president of marketing, and Rob Robichaud, formerly human resources director, has been promoted to vice president of human resources. Hahnefeld and Robichaud joined the company in 2014. Both will report to president and CEO Scott Gates.
Prior to this announcement, Western Window Systems introduced the Series 7600 Multi-Slide Door, the first of an all-new family of performance-based aluminum windows and doors slated to roll out over the next several months. A sliding glass door from the new product line, available through the company’s custom channel, will launch this month.
