Alissa Stegall

Obviously, coming to work every day and getting the job done is the core responsibility of every Western Window Systems employee. But sometimes it’s the little bit of extra effort spent after hours that can really shine a spotlight on an employee.

This month, that spotlight is trained on windows team member Alissa Stegall, who, beyond getting lauded for her impeccable job performance, helped make a difference with her extracurricular work, too.

“On her own time, Alissa created a PowerPoint processing instruction book for a new product line,” says windows manager Karl Price. “It’s just one example of how she goes above and beyond for me every day.”

Alissa, who’s been with the company since August 2015, is known for striving to make the CNC work more efficiently and grow her talents.

“She not only runs the CNC for windows but also will work in another position, too,” says Price, who praises Alissa for her amazing work ethic and willingness to never miss work without a good reason.

And then there’s her commitment to the company’s core value of partnership.

“Alissa is always willing to help other departments when they’re behind,” says Price. “And she’s always willing to help train new employees. And, of course, she’ll fix any mistake, no matter how time-consuming it is.”

Congratulations to Alissa Stegall, Western Window Systems’ day shift shop employee of the month for February.
