Oscar Enciso

Western Window Systems looks highly upon those who like a good challenge, those who sail into uncharted waters if necessary.

So it’s no surprise that Oscar Enciso eventually would be named Employee of the Month because he embodies what the company is looking for in a team member.

Take, for instance, when the night shift needed another CNC operator.

“Oscar stepped up to the plate and has been killing it ever since,” says manager Daniel Thompson, who notes that Oscar followed up on another challenge to be the next lead in the window department’s night shift.

“He never says ‘can’t,’” says Thompson. “He keeps a sharp eye on the product and he never gives up on the job or task at hand.”

And in exhibiting the company’s core principle of Partnership, Oscar, who started with Western Window Systems in May 2016, is always willing to pass on to other team members what he’s learned.

“He’s always thinking of the next person in line and how he can make their job easier,” says Thompson. “With his vast knowledge of processing/CNC, he’s eager to help his coworkers whenever they have questions or just need a little help.”

Congratulations to Oscar Enciso, Western Window Systems’ night shift shop employee of the month for April.
