Our Products

Where are your prices?

Western Window Systems products cannot be purchased directly from the factory. For a quote including delivery and installation rates, visit our contact page.

What kind of glazing is available?

For our classic and vinyl lines, we offer Solarban 70XL Solar Control Low-E Glass from PPG. Our performance line comes standard with LoĒ³-366, a high-performance glass from Cardinal IG that delivers solar control and high visibility.

Are your products weather tested?

Yes. Our doors are subjected to air, water, and structural tests.

What kinds of finishes do you offer?

Finishes for aluminum door systems are warmtone, Western White, dark bronze anodized, and satin anodized. Finishes for vinyl door systems are white and almond.

Are your products energy efficient?

Our aluminum door systems feature energy efficiencies such as thermally broken aluminum and dual-paned low-E glass. Our vinyl door offers dual-paned low-E glass with insulating argon in addition to a .30 U-value and .20 SHGC (Solar Heat Gain Coefficient) to enhance energy performance. For energy values specific to your project, contact a representative.

Are your door systems hurricane rated?

Currently, our door systems are not hurricane rated.

Yes. Our products offer energy efficiencies such as thermally broken aluminum and high-performance glass, and we’re compliant with various energy codes across North America. Are there size restrictions for your products?

Standard size systems are available in 3-, 4-, and 5-foot panel configurations at a 95.5” frame height. Oversized systems are available in 4- and 5-foot panel configurations at a 95.5” frame height. Where are your products made?

All of our products are made at our headquarters in Phoenix.

How do I become a Volume Program partner?

What are your lead times?

The standard lead time for our Series 600 Multi-Slide and Series 9500 Bi-Fold Door is 10 production days. For the Series 3600 Vinyl Multi-Slide Door, the standard lead time is five production days. For semi-custom orders in both aluminum and vinyl, the lead time is 15 production days.

Delivery/Installation

How much does shipping cost?

We do not charge for shipping in several states. Contact a representative in your area for more information.

Who can install a Western Window Systems product?

We recommend installation be performed by a Western Window Systems trusted dealer/installer working in accordance with the tested and accepted installation techniques of the American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA). Installation instructions are supplied with all of our doors. Following these instructions is required for a correct install and to maintain product warranty.

How are your products delivered?

All of our window and door systems are delivered complete and ready for installation.

Can I make adjustments to my door after its been installed?

Simple adjustments can be made if needed. For more information, refer to the Volume Program’s care and maintenance section.

Care/Service

What should I clean the glass with?

It’s best to use a non-abrasive detergent and clear water. Use a soft towel to dry the glass and prevent water spots. Never use a razor blade or other sharp implement to scrape debris from the glass.

If the glass breaks, can I replace the pane?

Yes. We recommend pane replacement be performed by an experienced professional.

Where can I find your warranty?

The Ten-Year Limited Warranty on Workmanship and Materials replaces the Two-Year Product Warranty for products manufactured after August 1.

How long is your glass warranty?

We guarantee our insulated glass for 10 years from the date of shipment. The insulated glass in our products is warranted against permanent material obstruction of vision due to a premature failure of the air seal. Glass breakage is not covered.
